The productivity of human resources needs to be continuously improved through various sustainable efforts. The work environment is one of the important efforts to increase teacher productivity. Schools need to pay attention to the work environment so that teacher productivity increases, both physical and non-physical environments. This research will be carried out at the Adiguna Maritim Polytechnic, which will be held in March 2019. The results of this study show. (1) It can be seen that the adjusted value of the R square is 0.501 or 50.1%. This shows that the Work Environment Variable (X1) and the Leadership Style Variable (X2) can explain the Work Productivity Variable (Y) by 50.1%, the rest 49.9% (100% - 50.1%) is true by other variables outside the research model. (2) The results of the t test (partial) show that t (2.528)> t table (1.697), as well as the significance value of 0.017 <0.05, it can reject the first hypothesis accepted, meaning that the Work Environment Variable (X1) affects the Work Productivity (Y) is accepted. (3) The results of the t test (partial) show that t count (4.269)> t table (1.697), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be rejected that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the leadership style variable (X2) affects the work productivity variable. (Y). (4) The results of the simultaneous test (F) can be seen that Fcount (16,585)> Ftable (3,295), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be rejected for the third acceptance, meaning that the Work Environment Variable (X1), the Leadership Style Variable (X2 ) influence jointly (simultaneously) on the Work Productivity Variable (Y).

This Study Assessed Microbial And Elemental Constituents Of Sachet Drinking Water In Nnewi Metropolis. 100 Questionnaires Were Administered To Get Responses Of Individuals Who Frequently Drink Sachet Water And Cross-Sectional Study Was Conducted Using 10 Sachet Water Samples Collected From Nnewi. Each Sample Was Subjected To Physicochemical Examinations And Microbiological Examination. Data Were Analyzed Using Descriptive And ANOVA. 29% Respondents Reported Developing Some Symptoms After Drinking A Particular Brand Or Different Brands. 60% Of Samples Had Mercury Levels Exceeding The Maximum Contaminant Level Of 0.006mg/L, While All Samples Had Lead Levels Exceeding Maximum Contaminant Level Of 0.01mg/L. Microbial Test Revealed Bacterial Contamination In All Brands And Protozoon Contamination In One. Study Concluded That Sachet Water Is Unfit For Drinking Due To High Levels Of Elemental Constituents And Bacterial Contamination. It Therefore, Highlight The Need For Government Agencies To Intensify Surveillance And Enforce Stringent Hygienic Measures To Sachet Water Industries/Retail Outlets.

The purpose of this study was to make a preliminary study of the criteria for accurate shooting techniques based on height. Researchers in this study analyzed an accurate ball shooting technique based on body posture consisting of the initial attitude, the execution attitude, and the final attitude. The posture of the ball shooting technique has been demonstrated by indoor hockey players at the Sports Science Faculty, Jakarta State University. The data obtained in this study were taken through observation, interviews, and filling out questionnaires. This study uses a qualitative method by distributing questionnaires to each player. The population used was the hockey athlete at the State University of Jakarta. The sample was taken in this study using a total sampling technique. The results of this study the respondents stated that playing experience, comfort, The body postures of the respondents support the ability to shoot the ball accurately, respectively, shown by the percentage strongly agree and agree are 45% and 44%, 52% and 44%, 70% and 30%. Furthermore, for height, the largest percentage was 44% disagreed and 26% doubtful, for arm length the largest percentage was 45% doubtful and 41% disagreed. This means that height and arm length do not affect the respondents accuracy in shooting the ball accurately. However, the distance between the hand grips affects the accuracy and comfort, this is reinforced by the percentage strongly agree and agree that the hand grip distance affects the accuracy is 19% and 59% and the distance between the handles based on comfort is 33% and 56%. The results of this study will be given to athletes and coaches as evaluation material.

This study aims to increase the endurance strength of the lower body muscles with the application of seat media to athletes who run long distance running numbers in Depok City KONI athletes. The research sample was 30 athletes from the Depok City KONI Platda who were members of the team for the preparation of the 2022 Porprov preparation. The method used was quantitative with the type of action research, research data was collected using planning techniques (plan), action (action), observation (observe), reflection (reflect). then analyzed quantitatively. The technique of collecting data by testing and measuring the endurance ability of the lower body muscles using the leg press test. The data analysis technique used was the t test at a significance level of 5%. The results of the study explain the training methods used to increase the strength of athletes muscle endurance including: 1) standing and sitting on a chair with additional weight from the outside such as dumbbells or plates, 2) bridging exercises or lifting the waist with a footstool against a chair, and 3) Performing sit and stand on one footstool. The endurance of the athletes lower body muscles increased in the third cycle, by means of regular and varied mentoring methods carried out by the coach and using maximum corrective feedback to train the athletes achievement motivation.

The purpose of this research is to acknowledge body stance in receiving ball technique. Indoor hockey is a sport with high intensity. Indoor hockey has some basic techniques, one of them is receiving ball technique. Author of this research analyzes the receiving ball technique based on body stance which consists of starting stance, execution stance, and ending stance. The Body stance from receiving ball technique has been demonstrated by Hockey players of Sport Science Faculty of Jakarta State University. Data of this research is collected by observations, interviews, and questionnaire filling requests. This research aims to make tracer study of ideal receiving ball technique based on body height. This research is using qualitative methods by distributing questionnaires to each athlete. Population of this research is Hockey athletes of Jakarta State University, data sample is collected by using total sampling technique. The results of this research is the respondents stated there that playing experience, convenience, and body stance support the receiving ball ability is shown respectively with completely agreed and agreed percentage by 37% and 41%, 44% and 48%, 52% dan 37%. Furthermore, body height and arm length are respectively shown with disagreed and hesitant percentage by 48%, 30%, and 33%, 37%. It means body height and arm length did not affect respondent’s accuracy for doing receiving ball. Nevertheless, the hand grips affect accuracy and convenience, this was corroborated by completely agreed and agreed percentage by 70% and 15% and hand grip based on convenience is 37% and 44%. Furthermore, the result of this research will be distributed to athletes and coaches as evaluation material.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independence, learning quality and learning motivation on swimming learning outcomes. The research sample was 30 participants in the Telaga Bestari Swimming Pool Course at Cikupa, Tangerang. The research approach used in this study is a multivariate associative approach, with survey methods and non-test techniques by distributing questionnaires. The technique used is the path analysis technique at a significance level of 0.05. In general, the results of research based on the results of path analysis testing for each hypothesis obtained P-value <0.05 significance level, which means that each research hypothesis (H1) is accepted. Which means that the conclusion of each research finding shows (1) there is a direct influence between each independent variable (Independence (X1), Learning Quality (X2), and Learning Motivation (X3)), (2) and there is a positive direct effect of each variable. free {Independence (X1), Learning Quality (X2), and Learning Motivation (X3) on Swimming Learning Outcomes (Y). Thus the results of learning swimming can be influenced through increased independence, learning quality and learning motivation.

This study aims to determine the effect of arm length, hand-eye coordination, and arm-toe coordination on the bowling ability of male cricket athletes in Jakarta. Data collection was carried out in early January 2021, which took place at the campus of the Jakarta State University Cricket Arena. The method of research used in this research is survey method with path analysis technique or path analysis. The sample used in this study amounted to 18 people who came from the male Cricket Athlete in Jakarta. The first test that was carried out was measurement of arm length. Then proceed with a test of eye-eye coordination, arm power and bowling ability for male cricket athletes in DKI Jakarta. The hypothesis testing technique used in this study is to use path analysis techniques. The data that has been obtained aka n through a process of analysis of the data through SPSS. The results of this study are: 1) the direct effect of variable X1 on Y (X1 ? Y) or (r1y) = -0,245. So the effect of arm length (X1) directly affects bowling ability (Y) of -0.245 or -24.5%. 2) The direct effect of variable X2 on Y (X2? Y) or (r2y) = 0.535. So the effect of eye-hand-foot coordination (X2) directly affects bowling ability (Y) by 0.535 or 53.5%. 3) The direct effect of variable X3 on Y (X3 ? Y) or (r3y) = 0.457. So the effect of arm power (X3) directly affects the bowling ability (Y) of 0.457 or 45.7%. 4) The direct effect of variable X1 on X3 (X1 ? X3) or (r13) = 0.552. So the effect of arm length (X1) directly affects arm power (X3) by 0.552 or 55.2%. 5). The direct effect of variable X2 on X3 (X2 ? X3) or (r23) = 0.407. So the effect of hand-eye coordination (X2) directly affects arm power (X3) by 0.407 or 40.7%. 6) The indirect effect of variable X1 on Y through X3 (X1 ? X3 ? Y) or (r13y) = 0.552x0.457 = 0.253. So the effect of arm length (X1) indirectly affects bowling ability (Y) through arm power (X3) by 0.253 or 25.3%. 7) The indirect effect of variable X2 on Y through X3 (X2 ? X3 ? Y) or (r23y) = 0.407x0.457 = 0.186. So the effect of hand eye coordination (X2) indirectly affects bowling ability (Y) through arm power (X3) by 0.186 or 18.6%.

In this study, the authors analyzed the posture of indoor hockey players for ball passing techniques based on posture which consists of initial attitude, implementation attitude, and final attitude. These three gestures have been demonstrated by a male indoor hockey player from the Sports Science Faculty, Jakarta State University. Data was collected in September at Hall B, Room Hockey Field, Faculty of Sports Science, Jakarta State University. The data obtained in this study were obtained through filling out questionnaires, observations, and interviews. The aim of this research is to determine the ideal height of a indoor hockey player who has accurate passing techniques. The samples in this study were all male indoor hockey athletes at the State University of Jakarta who followed a quasi-experimental research method with a time series design on indoor hockey passing techniques. As a result, we will get data on height and body position when doing the passing technique and the accuracy of the technique. Then from this study the respondents stated that the experience of playing, comfort, and body posture of the respondents supported the ability of the passing technique, which respectively indicated by the percentages of strongly agreeing and agreeing that were 63% and 30%, 52% and 48%, 56% and 37%. Furthermore, in terms of height, the largest percentage was 45% disagreed, 11% strongly disagreed and 33% doubted. Whereas in the case of 52% disagree, 4% strongly disagree and 33% are doubtful and in terms of the distance between hand grips it affects the accuracy of the passing technique with a percentage of 59% agree and 4% strongly agree. We are going to give some recommendations for coaches and hockey players to have multiple height classifications with postures that give better accuracy for passing the ball.

There is a growing concern over the public financial management practices including financial reporting of governments. Peoples concern over more productive public resource utilization has flourished. Not only that, transparency, accountability, and openness of public money utilizations have become more common. Financial reporting is a key leading instrument that is able to prove both ideas. The requirement stimulates governments to concern about the quality of financial reporting in the public sector. The government of Sri Lanka has already taken several steps to strengthen their public financial reporting while there are still being criticisms by critical interest parties. The situation creates a drought over the effectiveness and the direction of the initiatives. Based on the public financial reporting environment in Sri Lanka, the research investigates the determining factors of Public Financial Reporting Quality (PFRQ). Scholars acknowledge the influence of the Accounting Information System (AIS) and Internal Control (IC) to determine the PFRQ in different organizational environments. A questionnaire survey seeking opinions on these two areas was distributed to a sample of Accountants working in the central government ministries and departments in Sri Lanka. The results reveal the strong contribution of AIS and IC to enhance the PFRQ. The results further acknowledge the findings of previous scholars over the positive influence of AIS and IC to determine the FRQ. These findings contribute to the literature by analyzing the determinants of financial reporting quality in the public sector. Finally, it is recommending to the government of Sri Lanka to take steps to strengthen their public financial reporting in a correct and more influential direction.

Geospatial Applications offer a digital illustration of watershed physical characteristics utilized in hydrologic modeling. This paper sums up past endeavors and current patterns in use advanced package of land models and GIS to perform hydrologic investigations. Three strategies of geographic data storage are discussed: formation or grid, triangulated irregular network, and contour-based line networks. The machine, geographic, and hydrologic aspects of every data storage methodology are analyzed. The utilization of remotely perceived information in GIS and hydrologic modeling is reviewed. Borne parameter, physics-based, and hybrid approaches to hydrologic modeling are mentioned with relevancy their geographic information inputs. Finally, many applications areas (e.g., flood plain geophysical science, and erosion prediction) for GIS geophysical science are delineated.

Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a contagious disease caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus. The virus that causes COVID-19 spreads mainly when an infected person is in close contact with another person. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of COVID-19 on different countries, using USA as comparism factor. Ninety four countries were selected based on their continents, countries and cases of infection. Data from each country were obtained from United Nations Geoscheme and WHO and were analyzed and compared to that of the United State of America (USA). Data analyzed revealed that most countries in Africa appears to be least affected by the virus. Data also revealed that many countries have been able to understand and manage the spread and infectivity of the virus compared to the USA. Result from the study also showed that the many countries have been able to improve on managing the infection when compared to USA mortality. This may be due to among other factors a more robust immune response, herd immunity and united approach in the management of the disease. The result also helps to provide insight as to how significant developing and providing vaccine may be to this part of the world. Result from the study suggests that while Africa has a better immunity for the virus, there seems to be improvement the management of disease by other continent.

This study aims to find out the conflict and termination of employment both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the morale of employees at PT. The benefits of Medan Technique and how much it affects. The method used in this research is quantitative method with several tests namely reliability analysis, classical assumption deviation test and linear regression. Based on the results of primary data regression processed using SPSS 20, multiple linear regression equations were obtained as follows: Y = 1,031 + 0.329 X1+ 0.712 X2.In part, the conflict variable (X1)has a significant effect on the employees work spirit (Y) at PT. Medan Technical Benefits. This means that the hypothesis in this study was accepted, proven from the value of t calculate > t table (3,952 < 2,052). While the variable termination of employment (X2) has a significant influence on the work spirit of employees (Y) in PT. Medan Technical Benefits. This means that the hypothesis in this study was accepted, proven from the value of t calculate > t table (7,681 > 2,052). Simultaneously, variable conflict (X1) and termination of employment (X2) have a significant influence on the morale of employees (Y) in PT. Medan Technical Benefits. This means that the hypothesis in this study was accepted, as evidenced by the calculated F value > F table (221,992 > 3.35). Conflict variables (X1) and termination of employment (X2) were able to contribute an influence on employee morale variables (Y) of 94.3% while the remaining 5.7% was influenced by other variables not studied in this study. From the above conclusions, the author advises that employees and leaders should reduce prolonged conflict so that the spirit of work can increase. Leaders should be more selective in severing employment relationships so that decent employees are not dismissed unilaterally. Employees should work in a high spirit so that the company can see the quality that employees have.

The change from the traditional into digital shift the great value in Indonesia , politeness, especially for millenial generation in STIE Bina Karya. This study is going to see millenial generation communication with their lecturers through WA communication tool. The data were taken by documentation and interview some lecturers who have received the WA text from the millenial generation which belong to impoliteness from Januari 2020 until January 2021. Millenial generation who love the hedonism and freedom, can not away from their gadget and the internet. As the result, they prove the impoliteness in WA text when they texting their lecturers, they create the impolite word choice which made the situation become unfriendly, they give impulse to the lecturer and also they give no option in dedicing a decision meanwhile lecturer/institution has made the regulation for running the learning system.

This article proposes to integrate internal marketing, perceived quality, perceived value, satisfaction and behavioural intention in the same model. The study was conducted with 200 healthcare staff and 200 patients. First, the results indicate the influence of internal marketing dimensions on perceived quality and satisfaction. In a second step, it turns out that perceived quality influences satisfaction and perceived value, which in turn impacts satisfaction. Finally, there is a relationship between, on the one hand, satisfaction and behavioural intention and, on the other hand, the perceived value and behavioural intention of consumers.

This article discusses the artistic aspects of using a detail in a work of art as a metaphor. Independent observations have been made of the purpose of the art of the "stone" detail used in folklore and written literature. Mainly the comparative analysis of the story "Stone" by the writer Askad Mukhtor and the poem "Blooming Stone" by the poet Shavkat Rahmon is made. Appropriate conclusions are drawn.
